2. Terms of use

Access to this website is free and requires no registration. By browsing it you accept these terms.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to take any action that could damage it, overload it, or prevent it functioning normally.

This site is informational. Nothing is sold and no service is contracted through it: any work is agreed after a measuring visit and a written quote you have accepted.

3. Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to the operator. Images of completed work belong to the operator. The remaining photography comes from image libraries licensed for commercial use.

These contents may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without prior written permission.

4. Liability

The technical information on this site, including acoustic and thermal insulation figures, reflects typical ranges for each material type and is indicative only. It is not a contractual commitment: the specific performance of the system installed is set out in the quote.

The operator is not liable for service interruptions outside its control, nor for the content of third-party sites linked from here.

5. Privacy policy

This site has no contact forms and collects no data automatically. Personal data is only processed when you choose to message on WhatsApp, call, or send an email.

  • Controller: Ventanas de Confianza, Alicante, Spain. ventanasdeconfianza@gmail.com
  • Data processed: whatever you provide: name, phone, email, the address of the job, and any photos or measurements you send.
  • Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare the quote and, if you accept it, carry out and guarantee the work.
  • Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and your consent for any other communication (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Retention: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the statutory guarantee and tax record-keeping periods.
  • Recipients: data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Only the necessary email, messaging and web hosting providers are involved, acting as data processors.
  • International transfers: the email, messaging and hosting providers may be located outside the European Economic Area, covered by the safeguards set out in chapter V of the GDPR.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ventanasdeconfianza@gmail.com. If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Note on WhatsApp: pressing the WhatsApp button takes you off this site and into a third-party service with its own terms and its own privacy policy. That processing is outside the control of this website.

6. Cookie policy

This site uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no embedded maps, and no fonts loaded from external servers: the typefaces are served from this same domain.

The only thing stored in your browser is the language you choose, using local storage (localStorage). It exists so the site appears in your language next time and it is not shared with anyone. It is considered technical storage strictly necessary to provide a service you expressly requested, exempt from the prior consent requirement under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

You can clear it at any time from your browser settings. If analytics, advertising or embedded third-party content were added in future, your consent would be requested before any of it loaded.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute the parties submit to the Courts of Alicante, unless consumer legislation establishes a different jurisdiction.

8. Validity and changes

This notice may be amended to reflect changes in legislation or in the site itself. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown above.
